On vacuum forming.
 | Hot vacuum forming is one of the modern trends in the production of bulk products from plastics. This is a complex process requiring special equipment and knowledge of the process. Manufacturing of products by vacuum molding consists of two main phases: Manufacturing equipment (matrix) and direct molding. Sheet plastic is heated at 200 degrees and under the influence of the vacuum takes the form of a matrix. After the forced cooling is further processing of molded plastic sheet. |
Crop products.
 | The resulting impression is cut from a plastic sheet and is treated by cutting the special template that allows the operator to freely manipulate the product. After trimming the product is fit for finishing details (if necessary bonding multiple parts into one finished product). The price of the final product is determined depending on the cost of material used, the number of units in a single molding, (the more product is obtained in a single molding cycle), the lower the complexity of pruning, from harvesting to finished product, and is determined individually with the customer. |

1. Development of a mathematical model of a product, followed by manufacturing forms on CNC lathe;
2. Manufacturing of product designers from the technical clay forms with the subsequent manufacturing of polyester materials;
3. Copy the finished product with the original sample;
Depending on the requirements for surface quality of the final product and its circulation, the matrix can be made as negative (a product for painting) and a positive out of different materials: metal, polyester resins, plywood or MDF. Price rigging depends on the complexity of the matrix (the chosen method of manufacture), the number of moldings (flow of material on the form). |
